“This home looked after my mother many years ago and my cousin in the last few years. Many of the staff are still the same and show the same level of care consistently. During Covid they have excelled, always asking if they can do more and keeping me informed the whole way through. They have limited
space but erected a place where I can safely see my cousin. The staff go the extra mile to help in these strange times and the recent sweet trolley for the residents was a really good idea. I would recommend this home to anyone for their loved family members.“

“Having spent three months in hospital, my aunt was moved to this care home as part of the rehabilitation/review service provided by the hospital (once the hospital can do more). Although my aunt was only at Hazelbrook for a week before sadly passing away, I found all the staff to be so caring and considerate. It doesn't matter what the fixtures and fittings look like, a place should be judged on how the residents are cared for.”

“The Staff where polite and respectful. They understood our Mums needs and cared for her with dignity, keeping all the family in the loop during lockdown. We made regular phone calls had constant updates on our dear Mum...The staff made ever effort to make Hazelbrook Nursing home a happy cheerful place to stay. Thank you to all of you who cared for our Mum We will never forget the above and beyond nature of all the Staff.”

“The staff here are all fantastic many have been here for years. During Covid they have been truly outstanding and kept me informed about my cousin in any way they can and keep everyone safe. They built a room so I could seem him safely. Lots of activities to keep everyone involved and happy. Would highly recommend.”
